For Players
Parents must fill out the participation form, concussion information form, and sports physical form or your child will not be able to participate in the sport.

1. If this is your child’s first sport this school year, the following packet must be submitted:
2025-26 SRBSA Participation Packet

2. Complete the registration form for the sport that your child would like to play:
Softball (Due 3/13)
Baseball (Due 3/13)
Track & Field (Due 3/13)
Flag Football (Due 3/13)
Note: Flag Football is girls only and we are only determining if there is enough interest. A season is not guaranteed at this time.
